The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jilli888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jilli888 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
2.5 KYC Verification. jilli888 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including before processing withdrawals. 3.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilli888 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify jilli888 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jilli888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your jilli888 account, whether or not you authorized such activity. jilli888 reserves the right to treat all transactions made through your account as valid and binding, unless you have notified jilli888 of unauthorized access prior to such transactions occurring.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. jilli888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is available as an additional security measure, its use does not transfer liability for unauthorized account access to jilli888 in cases where you have failed to maintain the security of your authentication credentials.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jilli888 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. jilli888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the jilli888 deposit page at the time of transaction. jilli888 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Currency. All transactions on the jilli888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies may be subject to conversion fees charged by your payment provider, for which jilli888 accepts no responsibility.
4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your jilli888 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jilli888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network issues beyond its reasonable control.
4.5 No Credit. jilli888 does not offer credit facilities. You may only wager funds that are available in your jilli888 account balance. jilli888 is not a financial institution and does not provide loans or credit of any kind.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to verified jilli888 account holders who have completed the required KYC verification process. jilli888 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawal to a payment method not previously used for deposit may require additional verification.

5.5 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. 7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the jilli888 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. jilli888 is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All jilli888 casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 7.3 Malfunction. 9.1 Ownership. All content on the jilli888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of jilli888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. jilli888 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jilli888 content.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not use the jilli888 name, logo, or any other brand elements for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of jilli888. Unauthorized use of jilli888 intellectual property may result in legal action.

10.1 No Warranty. The jilli888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilli888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilli888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, jilli888's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilli888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. jilli888 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

11.1 Age Restriction. jilli888 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately terminated and all funds returned to the payment source, subject to verification.

12.1 Termination by jilli888. jilli888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or commercial decision. Upon termination for cause, jilli888 may forfeit any account balance in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
12.2 Termination by Player. You may close your jilli888 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the jilli888 Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
13.3 Regulatory Compliance. jilli888 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Any regulatory matters relating to the operation of the jilli888 Platform shall be governed by applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law.

14.1 Right to Amend. jilli888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilli888 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the jilli888 Platform after any amendments to these Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Article 12.2.
