2.1 Identity of the Data Controller. For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act, jilli888 acts as the personal information controller ("PIC") with respect to the personal data of players and visitors collected through the Platform. • Marketing Communications: To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates, where you have provided consent or where permitted under applicable law. You may opt out at any time;
• Platform Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, conduct research, and improve the features, performance, and user experience of the jilli888 Platform;
• Legal Obligations: To comply with applicable Philippine laws, court orders, regulatory directives, and lawful requests from government authorities including PAGCOR and the NPC.

jilli888 will not use your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes listed above without first obtaining your consent or establishing another lawful basis for processing.

5.1 Contractual Necessity. Processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and jilli888 — specifically, the Terms & Conditions governing your use of the Platform. This includes account creation, game access, payment processing, and customer support.

5.2 Legal Obligation. Processing is necessary for jilli888 to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations under Philippine law, including PAGCOR licensing requirements, AML obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 (as amended), and the DPA itself.

5.4 Consent. 7.1 Service Providers. jilli888 engages trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the Platform, including payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), identity verification providers, cloud hosting services, and customer support platforms. These providers act as personal information processors under the DPA and are contractually bound to process your data only on jilli888's instructions and in accordance with applicable privacy law.

7.2 Regulatory Authorities. jilli888 may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the NPC, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

7.3 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of jilli888's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.

7.4 Fraud Prevention. jilli888 may share personal data with fraud prevention agencies and other gaming operators where necessary to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct, in accordance with applicable law.

8.1 Technical Measures. jilli888 employs SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and regular security vulnerability assessments to protect the Platform and the personal data it holds.

8.2 Access Controls. Access to personal data within jilli888 is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Staff who handle personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations and receive regular data privacy training.

8.3 Data Breach Response. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to affected data subjects, jilli888 will notify the NPC within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players as required by the DPA and NPC Circular No. 16-03.

8.4 Limitations. While jilli888 takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. jilli888 cannot guarantee absolute security and encourages you to take steps to protect your own account credentials.

9.1 Retention Periods. jilli888 retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the duration of your account relationship with jilli888 and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law. Specific retention periods include:

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and AML obligations;
• Financial Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Gaming Activity Data: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the relevant gaming session;
• Customer Support Records: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction;
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for as long as you remain a registered player and for one (1) year after account closure.

9.2 Deletion. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jilli888 will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures, unless retention is required by a specific legal obligation or ongoing regulatory investigation.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jilli888. To exercise any of these rights, contact the jilli888 support team and request escalation to the Data Protection Officer. jilli888 will respond to verified requests within thirty (30) days.

10.1 Right to Be Informed. You have the right to be informed of the personal data jilli888 collects about you, the purposes of processing, and the identity of any third parties with whom your data is shared, before or at the time of collection.

10.2 Right to Access. You may request a copy of the personal data jilli888 holds about you, including information on how it has been processed. jilli888 will provide this information in a commonly used electronic format.

10.3 Right to Rectification. If any personal data jilli888 holds about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, you have the right to request correction. You may also update certain information directly through your jilli888 account settings.

10.4 Right to Erasure or Blocking. You may request the deletion or blocking of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, where consent has been withdrawn, or where processing is unlawful. jilli888 does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If jilli888 becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, it will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor under your care has registered on the jilli888 Platform or provided personal data to jilli888, please contact the jilli888 support team immediately. jilli888 will investigate and take appropriate action, including account closure and data deletion, as quickly as possible.

12.1 Right to Update. jilli888 reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in its data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, jilli888 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the jilli888 Platform after any amendments to this Policy have been posted constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the amended Policy, you should cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

12.3 Version History. The current version of this Privacy Policy is dated January 1, 2026. Previous versions are available upon request by contacting the jilli888 Data Protection Officer.

13.1 Contact the DPO. For any questions, concerns, or requests relating to this Privacy Policy or the processing of your personal data by jilli888, you may contact the jilli888 Data Protection Officer by reaching out to the support team and requesting DPO escalation. jilli888 aims to acknowledge all privacy inquiries within five (5) business days and to resolve them within thirty (30) days.

13.2 NPC Complaints. If you are not satisfied with jilli888's response to your privacy concern, you have the right to lodge a formal complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. The NPC is the independent government body responsible for administering and implementing the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

13.3 Governing Law. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
